I bought new 09 1500 ram trx, the tailgate had a dent. They said they could get it out with paitless dent removal,which they couldnt.They offered to do body filler and paint it, which I said that is not good enough its brand new. I told them brand new tailgate or stepsides in return.They said no,stepsides retail for 580 that seemed fair.I called corporate head.they said they would help,after talking to five people I still had the same answer. Corp. would not let me talk to Scott Davis there boss.I got nowhere through corporate and got treated badly by manager
